The NIH R&W Camera Club is sponsored by the NIH Recreation and Welfare (R&W) Association. The club’s membership historically consisted of current and former NIH employees and their families. The club is now open to anyone who has an interest in photography. However, all members must belong to the NIH R&W. Camera club membership is renewable in September of each year. R&W membership is renewable every January. The Treasurer collects Camera Club dues in September and, as a convenience to members, also collects the next year’s (2012) R&W dues at the same time. The 2012 R&W membership materials will then be distributed as soon as they are available.

To apply for membership, you can go the the NIH Camera Club Membership Application Form which is an interactive pdf form, fill it out, save it, and e-mail it as an attachment to the club Treasurer at: lquian5242003@yahoo.com. Fill in the form, print it and mail it along with a check to the club Treasurer (her address is on the form). Alternatively, you may bring the form and a check to a club meeting and give it to the Treasurer.

Optionally, you may download, fill out, and include the Survey Form that allows you to indicate your interests to better help the club with its programming.

Fee structure:

Single membership: $20 + R&W membership (required): $7 = $27

Family membership: $23 + R&W family membership (required): $7 each (each family member must join) – for a couple that would be $23 + $7 + $7 = $37
